25% of your project cost is due upfront as a deposit. You'll pay this when we sign our contract. Upon launch, I will send you an invoice that breaks down the cost and payment. The remaining balance is due within 15 days. I can accept cash, check, debit and all major credit cards. You can pay me in person, by mail or online directly from the invoice. Printing costs are due upon order.

I offer three levels of website creation: through a content managment platform (like Squarespace), a more advanced WordPress site, and a completely customized site from scratch. For the later two, I outsource to a web developer or WordPress expert in my network to provide you with specialized services. I work with you to decide which type of website will support you with an online presence that matches your needs.

My services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I will revise your design as many times as it takes to make it exactly what you imagined. Here are the restrictions... When I say unlimited revisions, I am referring to any sort of bending, breaking and blending of the design concepts we created based off the initial brainstorming sessions. It does not include starting from scratch or changing directions completely. If we need to change directions, we'll redetermine our pricing agreement in a new contract.
